Training You Can Trust
All of our agency staff bring both training and dedication. We ensure everyone meets industry standards—many hold or are working toward NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)—and a robust set of 18 mandatory training modules covering everything from safe moving and handling to safeguarding and first aid.
On top of that, many staff bring extra expertise in areas such as managing aggression, epilepsy care, autism awareness, dementia, mental health, and more.
Expertise for Complex Needs
We understand that not every care scenario is the same. That’s why we offer additional training options like BILD-accredited aggression management (MAPA), Buccal Midazolam training, and detailed awareness around autism, dementia, mental health, and suicide. This ensures our team is skilled and confident in delivering specialist care reliably.
Staff Wellbeing & Quality Assurance
Our care staff don’t just train, they’re supported in return. Every team member receives regular supervision and can access our 24-hour on-call debrief services.
We also conduct quarterly Quality Assurance reviews to ensure continuous improvement and strong relationships across office, client, and staff teams.
