Continuity of support is of utmost importance as this provides a consistent approach to individual routines, to enable positive working relationships to develop. This will empower people to build trust, progress and develop their skills.

We encourage clients and our staff team to keep in contact with us, whether this be by popping in to the office for a cup of coffee or calling for a chat. We feel this promotes a positive culture as well as developing community links.

We take time to listen, taking on board individual needs, requirements, goals and aspirations.

After the assessment process, clients will be assigned a designated Care Manager who will develop a bespoke support plan to meet individual needs. Support plans are reviewed and updated regularly to capture developing progress.

We hold regular staff and team meetings where we encourage all to contribute ideas in developing ways of working.

We encourage people to express their views freely knowing that their points will be listened to and actioned.

It is important that we demonstrate good management and leadership. We achieve this by keeping abreast with new innovative ways of working, working collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams and taking a real interest in those who use our service. As well as this, we always ensure our staff feel valued, respected and supported.
