Steps Ahead's 15th Birthday!

We’re turning 15!

This year, we’re celebrating 15 years of making a difference to the lives of those who have sustained life‑changing injuries. To commemorate being 15 years old, we’re reflecting on our achievements over the last year.

1. The Great British Care Awards – We attended the Great British Care Awards again this year. Our incredible team came Highly Commended for "Supported Living Team of the Year". The team have built fantastic relationships with their client, and have worked so well with him that his family now have the confidence to enjoy holidays and trips away. Next year, we’re sure they’ll get the win.

2. Rehab, Respite and Rock’n’Roll – Each year, one of our biggest achievements is facilitating trips of a lifetime for our clients. This has continued in an even bigger and better fashion with destinations like Cape Verde, Disneyland and Creamfields. Our clients having fun and getting to experience it with their incredible staff teams make all the hard work worthwhile.

3. System Development – We’ve been working extremely hard to develop our new, innovative system which will help us to break the mould of care. The intelligence of this system is second to none and the data it produces will aid us in enhancing the service our clients receive. To our team – watch this space for the roll‑out!

We want to say a massive thank you to all of our clients and staff who make what we do possible. We can’t wait for another year of happiness and success for everyone involved with and close to Steps Ahead.
