We listen to the wishes of clients and communicate this to others if the person is not able to do this themselves.

Support plans are reviewed every four weeks by discussing developments with the client and those close to them.

We regularly send out Quality Assurance Questionnaires to both our staff and the people who use our service, as well as their family members. This helps us to obtain feedback on how we can improve the service we deliver.

We take time completing the assessment process with the client interested in receiving support. We then develop an individualised support plan based on the information provided, ensuring we focus on individual needs, requirements, goals and aspirations.

We work with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure best practice. Support is delivered in a dignified and respectful way ensuring continuity is paramount.

We endeavour to match personalities and interests between clients and their team, to ensure common ground is met and a positive working relationship is developed.

We empower the people we support to have choice and autonomy over the team who deliver their care and support. We encourage wherever possible for clients to be involved in the tailored recruitment process.
