We recruit specifically and have our own suitably trained staff on hand to cover in times of need, ensuring continuity to the people we support.

We provide information regarding multi-agency safeguarding to all and ensure our staff attend mandatory safeguarding training. We are committed to protect the people who use our service from abuse and neglect.

All staff understand the importance of confidentiality and GDPR and have appropriate training around this.
