We’re pleased to announce we’re the newest sponsors of DJ Emma’s Groove Junction!

Groove Junction is a multi-genre, inclusive event that has given so much back to Ash and Dave, both who have acquired brain injuries - a platform for them to perform and showcase their love for music.

What started as weekly DJ sessions with Emma & Ash, has now grown to become a regular event for Ash DJ and MC 3-Bee (Dave), who are both resident artists of Groove Junction and are the sole reason it exists. Both Ash and Dave have the opportunity to perform alongside local talent and established artists, such as Utah Saints, Sophia Violet & Girls Don’t Sync.

Groove Junction quickly became a highlight for us as a company, it demonstrates everything we believe in and perfectly breaks down the stigmas that surround disability, and what someone living with a disability is capable of achieving, and doing. Events like Groove Junction are often described as “unconventional” for those living with a disability, and in the social care sector. It is important to remember that there is nothing unconventional about people coming together to enjoy live music and celebrate what can be achieved with an endless amount of determination, perseverance and having fun.
