Young Leader of the Year… again!

We are proud to announce that, for the second year running, our Business Development Manager, Casey, has been awarded the Young Leader in Social Care Award!

Here’s what the judges said;

“The judges were impressed by Casey and the impact demonstrated through this nomination. Casey took an active interest in how incorporating positive-risk taking into person centred care, can improve client experiences and outcomes. This includes providing oversight, support, supervision and debrief to the staff as well as curating and delivering bespoke training to the team on positive risk-taking. For these reasons, the judging panel is delighted to recognise Casey as a deserving winner.”

We couldn’t be more proud and this award is a true testament to her dedication to not only her role, but the sector as a whole. Well done Casey!
