The Steps Ahead Awards

In September, we held our very own internal Award Ceremony for our fantastic team.

We invited clients, colleagues, family and friends to spend an evening together celebrating the achievements made across the board over the last year. From Rehab Assistant of the Year to the much-loved Joy Maker Award, we celebrated those who go above and beyond to support our clients and each other.

The evening was filled with inspiring stories, well-deserved recognition, and plenty of laughs & smiles as we reflected on the achievements, commitment, and positive impact made throughout this year.

It was an important reminder to us to celebrate the wins - when sometimes in this sector it feels all too easy to focus on the things that go wrong.
